Bonneville Dam

Vigor fabricated multiple structures for the Bonneville Dam including miter gates, bulkheads and guides, Tainter valves and trunnions, stoplogs and guides, trash racks and guides, permanent and moveable ballast, floating mooring bitts and guides. The equipment Vigor provided was put into service in 1992 and continues to provide dependable low maintenance service.

To achieve the required level of precision, Vigor created proprietary jigs, fixtures and processes as well as a production line set up for manufacturing in complex steel fabrication, machining, mechanical and electrical installation.
