Mark Norris

Mark Norris was named Vice President of Marine Fabrication for Vigor, a Titan company, in January 2025. He leads all aspects of Vigor’s Marine Fabrication operations, including growing and maintaining a skilled team and leading major defense and commercial marine fabrication projects.

A veteran of the defense and marine industries, Mark has nearly four decades of experience leading major defense programs.

He spent 25 years at Lockheed Martin across multiple programs, rising to Vice President of Joint Programs for the Army and Navy. He then joined Fincantieri, and most recently led strategy and business development for BAE Systems Inc.’s F-35 Lightening II program, a critical skill he will bring to Vigor.

Mark holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Heat Transfer and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering specializing in Nonlinear Aerodynamics from the University of Kansas. He has a son, Connor, who is a Junior at the University of Oklahoma. In his spare time, Mark enjoys fly fishing with his son, snowboarding and playing guitar. He is based in Vancouver, Washington.
