Francesco Valente

Francesco Valente became CEO of Vigor in 2024. He serves as CEO of Titan Acquisition Holdings, the parent company of Vigor, MHI Holdings in Norfolk, VA, and Continental Maritime of San Diego.

Francesco brings more than 20 years of experience running business operations globally, ranging from maritime to manufacturing, making him an ideal fit for the ship repair, and marine and complex fabrication capabilities of Titan.

Francesco began his career in finance, before moving into manufacturing. In 2012, he made the transition into maritime at Fincantieri Marine Group, where he served as CEO. He has led Beretta USA’s operations since 2019. He has also served on various boards, including presently on the Atlantic Council.

Francesco holds an MSc in Materials Engineering from the Sapenzia University of Rome and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
