Dawn Cartwright

Dawn has been a valued member of the Vigor’s Human Resources team since 2012 bringing more than two decades of experience managing human resources for companies in the warehousing and utility sectors.

In her role as Vice President, Human Resources & Risk Management, Dawn provides strategic guidance on developing the company’s most prized resource: its people. She guides overall direction for labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, payroll and property and casualty risk management.

Dawn is a near-native Oregonian having grown up in West Linn, Ore. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Linfield College, in McMinnville, Ore. and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Dawn enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, spending time in the outdoors and can be found on most weekends, rain or shine, cheering for her son and his soccer team.
