Vigor is an organization with strong values and a commitment to environmental stewardship and responsibility. Open and honest communication with our neighbors is an important part of that commitment. This resource page provides a mechanism for your feedback and includes a copy of the Good Neighbor Agreement between Vigor and the University Park Neighborhood Association as well as various documents pertaining to the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) formed as part of that agreement.
