Click the “Tax Withholding Change” link to view your active tax withholding documents

Choose the applicable form to adjust -- if you live in a state with income tax, you should see a withholding form for both state and federal tax withholdings

If you wish to make changes, a new form must be submitted. CHoose "Add New" and follow the instructions on the interactive forms.
