In his role as Vigor Chief Operating Officer, Wayne Graham drives operational excellence across all Vigor divisions. He has ultimate responsibility for company safety, supply chain, and all production divisions. His innovative leadership and deep commitment to Vigor’s values continue to strengthen Vigor teams, its profitability and Vigor’s competitive position in the market. Wayne first joined Vigor in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, and for a period of time he served both as CFO and COO.
Prior to joining Vigor, Wayne served in lead operational and financial roles in companies throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, leading more than 30 transactions valued at over $3B to accelerate shareholder returns. In 2015, Seeking Alpha credited him with accomplishing the finest turnaround of a publicly trading telecom in the past decade.
Wayne holds an MBA in finance from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. He serves on the board of directors for Oregon Food Bank, and he is sometimes joined in the office by his dog, Harley.
