With deep respect for people and the planet, Vigor strives to be a positive, regenerative force for good – environmentally, in the lives of its employees and in the community.

Vigor’s marine fabrication teams build high performance, mission-critical vessels for combatant, unmanned and port security applications as well as ferries, fireboats, survey vessels, tugs, barges, and a variety of aluminum workboats. Our shipbuilding experts take pride in delivering quality workmanship, on time and on budget.

Vigor ship repair and conversion teams operate out of three primary locations with eight drydocks including the largest floating drydock in North America. Key customers include MARAD, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy.

In addition to its work in marine, Vigor specializes in complex fabrication for a variety of industries including Aerospace, Nuclear, Renewable Energy, Bridge and Structural Fabrication. Representative projects include nuclear containment devices and reactor modules, dam lift gates and complex space launch towers. For more than two decades, Vigor has been the primary integrated fabrication supplier for the Ground Based Mid-Course Defense program.

Vigor is privately owned and publicly minded. The company values training, hard work, and smart thinking. Vigor holds every employee accountable for success: theirs, ours, and our customers.
